We are planning some changes to services in East Gateshead. This includes a large investment in refurbished vehicles, changes to some routes, new branding, simpler fares and revised timings to assist reliability. We would now like to know what you think of our plans.
Over the last few months we have been assessing the usage of our former Stanley Buses services. We have already extended our ‘Buzzfare’ and ‘Get Around’ tickets to these routes, but we would now like to improve them and better integrate them with other services around Stanley.
Go North East are working with Gateshead Council and Nexus to improve access into Wardley for bus services originating from the East (South Tyneside and Sunderland). |
